olive oil
Since 2016, the year we took over the estate, we have been producing olive oil at Le Barretian.
We have called it ALPHA since 2019, the first year it was marketed.
ALPHA represents the beginning of the renaissance of olive oil at Barretian.
It is the very identity of our production.
Awarded at the AVPA competition in 2022 and crowned with a gold medal at the Paris General Agricultural Competition in 2024, this PDO Provence olive oil, with its green fruitiness, comes exclusively from our orchard, made up mainly of local varieties: Aglandau, Cayon, and Bouteillan.
From the outset, our aim has been to craft an olive oil that is harmonious and well-balanced, with aromas of green fruit and fresh greenery, a subtle bitterness to awaken the senses, and a peppery finish that reveals its powerful flavor.

Le Barretian offers an exceptional terroir for the vine—or rather, four distinct terroirs with unique geological, hydrometric, and climatic characteristics.
2022 marked the beginning of the estate’s wine commercialization. We first produced two red wines from two of these terroirs: two single-varietals, Syrah and Sangiovese.
In 2023, we expanded our production:
Two special white cuvées, Rolle and Chardonnay (both single-varietals); an additional red single-varietal, Pinot Noir; and a new vintage of Syrah.
In 2024, we continued with our single-varietal production: Our 100% Rolle, this year for the first time sourced from the La Pinède plot.
We crafted our first 100% Grenache and are proud to introduce the new 100% Sangiovese.
These two fruity red wines, with varying levels of tannins, will prolong the pleasures of summer.
Finally, our 2024 100% Syrah remains as indulgent, structured, and aromatic as ever.
